Nat Sciver-Brunt also made a significant contribution to the chase with her knock of 55 runs off 29 balls. Earlier, RCB was all out for 155 runs in 18.4 overs. After winning the toss, RCB chose to bat first and had a good start with Smriti Mandhana and Sophie Devine adding 39 runs in 4.2 overs.
However, Devine was dismissed by Saika Ishaque after scoring 16 runs off 11 balls. Disha Kasat failed to open her account before Mandhana was sent back by Hayley Matthews after scoring 23 runs off 17 balls.
Richa Ghosh contributed 28 runs off 26 balls while Kanika Ahuja, Shreyanka Patil, and Megan Schutt played useful cameos to take RCB to a total of 155 runs.
